2. Description of Service

Hyva is a review collection platform that allows businesses to create shareable links directing customers to review platforms. We provide campaign creation, link sharing, click tracking, and message templates.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Incentivize or pay for fake reviews
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
